Great place to stay

This was my first travel assignment, and I needed a place for me and my cats and guinea pigs. Bev, the landlord, was awesome! She was so friendly and nice and made the apt feel like a home away from home. You have everything you need in the apt, and laundry is on site. This place is tucked away and very quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and getting to know Bev. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great Condo

Absolutely loved staying here. The condo was is in a quiet neighborhood and was everything I needed. The location was perfect, was 11 minutes to Mount Carmel East Hospital and an easy 10 minutes to downtown. The owner was very nice and easy to do business with.

Pleasant Stay

This property is located in Bexley, Ohio; a short 12 minute drive to OSU, where I worked. Yuying was nice and I enjoyed my stay here. The area is really cute and there is a lot to do within 10-15 minute drive. My only complaint was that upon moving in the oven/stove, dishwasher and freezer were not clean. You could also tell there was an animal living there at one point because the couch, carpets and ceiling fan were covered in animal hair and/or dust. We also had a difficult time with the internet for a few weeks and when a spectrum worker came and fixed the issue, I was penalized for how he left the outlet and money was deducted from my security deposit. Overall, I did have a good stay and this condo is located in a very nice area. There were a lot of families around and I found this area to also be very kid friendly.

Fall winter stay

Host was very accommodating. This place is perfect for a single person or a couple. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great because you are right next to the highway. Downtown is About 12 min away. Convenient gas station just a few minute walk. The neighborhood feels safe and the host has a security system. Loved my stay here.

Stay away! Beware!

The place is a dump. Every single dresser drawer is broken, so you cant put any clothes in it. There is no lock on the bedroom door, and it wont even close. I had to put a chair in front of the door to have any privacy. The owner misled me and was there almost every single weekend, and has her grown sons visiting all the time. But youre not allowed to have visitors. The owner is unfriendly, petty and condescending. It is furnished with the absolute cheapest and oldest furniture. Its also not a safe neighborhood-sketchy neighbors who will hit on you and dont understand no. Look elsewhere.

Great place!

This is a great property! Very clean, appropriately furnished, and has everything you need in the kitchen and bedroom. It's very conveniently located with a great running/walking trail nearby. The owner is very dependable and easy to work with. Amazing place for the price!
