Wonderful abode and wonderful ownership!

This room is well maintained, authentic to the 1930's vibe, and is nestled among a variety of other structures that allow the guests to enjoy. The grounds allowed all guests to play various indoor games in a massive barn, play a variety of outdoor games, had a tiny haunted house set up, free access to a community theatre/game room and kitchen for cooking, and (my favorite) was a small bungalow lookout. I was able to have access to a washer and dryer and was always treated with care when interacting with any of the workers or owner. I enjoyed the aspect of having my own room while also feeling like I was part of a small community that I would see each day. A major plus for me was being able to do yoga outside in nature (on the grounds by the barn) and being able to interact with the animals in the area. They allow for housekeeping to clean your room each week, just be sure to let them know what days fit your schedule. A+ extended stay with A++ service and care! I highly recommend :)

Home away from home

I could not have found a cooler place to stay while finishing up a travel contract in Tyler. Everything by from check in to check out was smooth sailing. They are well rehearsed with healthcare travelers and made everything as easy as it could be. I loved the treehouse and hot tub available on the property, and was very grateful each week for a clean set of sheets that came with housekeeping (included in rent). I felt safe here, and any issues I had were taken care of quickly. One thing to mention is that the washing machine spin function does not work well and I frequently had to put soaking wet clothes in the dryer because the washer would not fully spin the clothes. That would be my 1 and only complaint. It is a beautiful property and everyone is so kind!

Highly recommend!

I stayed here for a travel assignment and couldn't be more pleased to have chosen to stay here. I stayed in the Texas Legends room. It's less than 5 minutes away from Christus Tyler. B and B are absolutely wonderful and treat you like their own family. Any issues were quickly addressed. The house and each room is decorated beautifully. There's a hot tub, a barn with a pool table amongst other things, and plenty of parking. Laundry machines are located in the real estate office. The shared kitchen and media room was always clean. Housekeeping was wonderful and can be adjusted to your shift schedule. You can tell a lot of thought and efforts are put in to make Rosevine Inn the place to stay. If you're looking for a place to stay for your travel assignment in Tyler, I would definitely recommend Rosevine Inn!

Great place to stay

Traveling healthcare worker here. This is a great place to stay while doing contracts at the hospital. You are about 5 minutes away from it. E and B respond quickly to concerns and are very welcoming. They made this place feel like a home. They offer cleaning services (included with rent), parking, full kitchens, and on-site laundry. Became a second home

It felt like I lived there forever and felt so wrong leaving the property with how homely it felt. Stayed in the Roosevelt Cottage for 3 months and it was VERY nice (1 bed/1 bath/FULL kitchen/washer&dryer/dining room/living room). All appliances and everything worked. No issues whatsoever. Everyone who worked there from office admin to the owner of the property were super nice and helpful when any minor issue came up. Housekeeping services went above and beyond during weekly visits (they coordinate and are very flexible with anyone's schedule as I worked night shift all over the place). I definitely would rebook with them again - hands down!!!

Convenient Place!

This BnB is a great little place. I mostly commuted to and from Tyler and it was perfect location and set up for that! Access to kitchen if you need it and windows were already set up so you can easily put up blackout curtains for night shift workers!

Wonderful place!

This is a cute and cozy little place to stay while in Tyler Tx. The area is quiet and the property is beautiful. The P's are very nice and will go out of their way for you. They even gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday. I want to give praise to O for being so sweet and adding extra touches to my room during my stay. She always went above and beyond. She was friendly and would always take time out of her busy day to chat. And I can't leave out E, she was great too!

An EXCEPTIONAL experience

I went to Tyler on a travel nurse assignment. My stay at Rosevine was simply exceptional. B and B were amazing hosts, very accommodating, and treated me like family. The Inn is beautiful, the grounds so peaceful even in the city. The amenities were fabulous. I LOVED every second of my stay there. It was the highlight of my time in Tyler. I will definitely be back for a visit!
