This is a great space and pretty big for a studio, I never felt like it was too cramped. I worked at Rady Childrens (main) and this was the perfect location. The hosts were so kind and very quick to respond if I needed anything! Thanks for everything Patrice!

Very Comfortable and Spacious

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. You are bathed with natural light in the morning and throughout the day. The kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops and the fridge is enough for two or more people. There is also a washer and dryer to use. The owner is very accommodating and makes sure you enjoy your stay. You are a few minutes drive or a 15 minute walk to a Target and a few restaurant's in the area. The couch is also very comfortable and the tv is quite large so you can relax at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this space and wouldn't hesitate to stay.

Amazing Studio!

Newly updated studio! Up to date appliances, FULL kitchen, super clean, and SPACIOUS! I never felt cramped at all in this studio apartment! The owners are SO accommodating and friendly. They are right there if you need them and quick to reply to any questions. Quiet neighborhood with PLENTY of street parking and close to everything. Just 10 minutes from the hospital I worked at and 10 minutes from the beach! I would certainly rent from them again and recommend it! Such a cute, beautiful studio!
