Home Away from Home!!

This has been one of my best short term rental experiences!!! Not only is the location perfect; but amazing landlords. Very responsive and accommodating; always helpful and welcoming!! The area is great with easy access to highways; near uptown....I am never too far from anything happening. The apartment is cozy, private, and very comfortable with everything you could need. Overall, love the neighborhood/rental...very walkable, clean, safe! Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay! R and family were very helpful and welcoming! Nice neighborhood and close to downtown and highways. Everything worked well and the place was well stocked.

Had a wonderful stay! Has everything you need to make a comfortable short term stay. This studio is located in a great area with lots of things to do. R was a great host and answered any questions I had. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Home away from home in ideal location

I had an amazing stay at this property! This detached studio apartment is in close proximity to so many things Charlotte has to offer. Directly across the street is Camp north end where theres numerous places to eat, breweries and shopping. Roohie and her husband were so kind to provide a list of fun things to do in the area and were always just a text away if I needed anything. This apartment is detached so privacy is great! Plenty of parking directly outside and everything you need from a full kitchen to a washer and dryer. I was so comfortable at this location and hate that my assignment was up :(

Great stay!

Mark was a wonderful host who was welcoming, friendly, and respectful. He was very easy to communicate with and provided me with all that I needed for my stay. The neighborhood is friendly, clean, quiet, and safe. The area is pretty close to the highway and is about 15 min away from major stores such as Target and Trader Joes. The apartment was clean, bright, and had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend staying here.
