Amazing stay!
We stayed here for 8 months throughout 2 internship terms and had a great experience. The location is convenient as it's close to a Trader Joe's and near a Caltrain station. The place was clean and had everything we needed, and Bill was a very nice and responsive host. We had no issues whatsoever and would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment at a great location!
This was my first time renting an apartment and living on my own and Bill made sure the process was easy and smooth! Bill was super easy to work with and would always check in on me to make sure my stay was going great, he also would let me know if I would ever go over my utility allowance. The apartment has everything you would need, from plates and pans to dish soap and cleaning supplies. High speed WiFi that never gave me any issues and perfect water pressure in the shower, both of which are a lot better than what I have at home. The location is also great, about a 10 minute walk to hayward park station with the caltrain stopping about every hour both directions. I didn't have a car during my stay but even without a car there's a trader joes, TJ Max, Ross, and a 7-11 within 5 minutes. On the caltrain, downtown San Mateo is also just a stop away so about ~3 mintutes on the caltrain northbound. Hillsdale station is ~3 minutes south, which has a nice shopping mall nearby.

This property was perfect for my 6 month stay ! Quiet, safe, with all the amenities I could need. B is a great landlord, very responsive and considerate. Highly recommend !!

Perfect place!
I stayed here during a summer internship in San Mateo. The unit is in really good condition, the furniture is nice and had everything I needed during my stay. It even had some decorations which made the place feel very home-y. Everything worked well and I had no problem with faulty equipment or anything like it. The property is in a really good area, close to the Caltrain, a Trader Joes and a pharmacy, so all urgent needs were within walking distance. The Manager (B) is also great. He was very active in making sure I had no problems during my stay. Definitely recommend!
