Beautiful, private, spacious in home apartment centrally located in a lovely, established neighborhood just a few miles from all hospitals. The apartment is in our walkout basement with access to our secluded backyard and has a living room, bathroom, and a kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, and full size refrigerator. It's in a perfect walking neighborhood and close to the Katy Trail.

This a a beautiful, spacious in-law apartment in our basement with a walkout to the backyard. It has a large bedroom, bath, living room, and kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator. There is a private entrance and access to our washer/dryer. Utilities and streaming devices are also included. It is a little oasis away from home.

Hidden Gem
This little gem is the best find ever!!! All you need to bring is your clothes and groceries! Mrs. K even has fur babies that you can love on. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Very clean. Close to EVERYTHING. Lots to do in the area. Best host ever....so sweet!

Great Place for Columbia travelers!
This property was an absolute pleasure to stay at during my travel assignment. The Owners were very accommodating, extremely nice and the place was actually way more room than I was used too or needed! This may be a basement apartment but I hardly ever heard either one of them and I worked all 3 shifts. Sleeping during the day was no problem at all! I loved my surprise visits from their precious puppy and cats, even though the cats weren't too sure about me their puppy became my buddy! I absolutely would recommend this location, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent Host and an Excellent Space
K and M were great to me during my time in their home. Their house is in a quiet, family neighborhood and the house truly feels like a home. With a full bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette, this in-house unit is larger than the majority of standalone apartments I've lived in. And while the apartment is part of the home, I absolutely felt like I had plenty of privacy as I even had my own private entrance. The backyard deck is gorgeous and the dog and cats are absolutely lovely and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking of a place in Columbia!

This place was wonderful! Great amenities, location, and cozy bed. The owners, Karen and Mark, are super sweet people! Very friendly and helpful but also not intrusive. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay while working in Columbia, Missouri.
