Lion Apartments Roar

I am a traveling tenant and have been staying on and off at Lion Apartments (formerly called Lindsay Apartments) for the last two years. I am a repeat customer because I enjoy staying there. The apartment building is in an industrial area, but I felt very safe. There is a strong locked gate for the parking lot to protect the vehicles of the tenants; there are double security locks to get in the building for safety. I was so happy to learn that there is a terrific car repair shop just a few doors away. And the highways are so close, that getting anywhere in San Joaquin County is a snap. Since I have stayed in different apartments, I can report that so far I have seen they are impeccably furnished - with lovely art, furniture, and all the conveniences you could dream about - plates, bowls, silverware, skillets, ceramic casseroles, can openers, and other cooking utensils. A great experience.

Nice place

For a couple of months when i was working out of Manteca, I lived at Lindsay apts. Its in a good spot. My studio apartment was great all I needed was my bag. The kitchen had everything like being home and the bed was comfortable and it was perfect for me and my dog. The furniture and decorations were really nice. There are parks nearby for little wilderness to relax in for a while. My dog loved to run around at the dog park. There are a few of them. And pretty close by there are good places to go eat or get delivery. Parking is secure thats a plus. The management was friendly. If Im ever in the area I will come back to stay here

Located in a very bad neighborhood. Stockton is infamous city for high crime. The unit look cheerful, but inconvenient for grocery shopping. You can not walk around the town. Don't get fool bynear water"look up google map. It's not near water at all. Don't trust the owner. She will steal your security deposit and cleaning. Read the contract it does say non refundable cleaning fee and security deposit. When I moved in a unit, it was dirty and dusty. Please be aware that this place is not worth to rent for the people who love a clean and peaceful home.

My month at the Lindsay Apartments

Really enjoyed my stay. Firstly, the location was convenient. The apartment building is right in the centre of town with access to everything I needed. Secure access to both the building and parking was a plus. Whenever I travel my dog, Shaun, accompanies me. It is not easy to find safe, quality accommodation that allows pets. We felt comfortable there. Adding to the friendly ambiance, we even got familiar with a couple of the resident felines. My apartment had a fully-equipped kitchen, and the bathroom had an original claw foot tub with a shower. The apartment had all the comforts of home; nice furniture, comfortable bed, attractive dcor, smart tv, et cetera. When looking for a place to stay my main concerns were value, being able to bring my dog, and a relaxing, safe space to call home. The overall atmosphere was inviting and the manager, Lea, was personable and attentive. My experience far exceeded my expectations, I recommend the Lindsay apartments for your stay.

Lovely property

This place is safe, your car has off street parking behind a locked iron gate. The building has character and is very well maintained. I would highly recommend this place to any working professional.
