Blue House

Was never returned my deposit, even after a flawless walk thru with owner at end of stay. No response or explanation given from owner when I asked about getting deposit returned. Unfortunate Stay itself was good, friendly neighbors, close to restaurants. Nice small porch area at front door, and usually able to park on the street right in front of the unit. Flexible with dates needed for stay.

Great Location

One block off of Ferret Street which has great restaurants all around within walking distance. It is only one mile from St. Charles and not much further is Magazine. It is in a safe area with plenty of street parking around and well lit at night. There is a hotel right across the street so if you have visitors they can always stay close by. There is plenty of room throughout and upgraded appliances. The landlord lives next door and is always willing to help if you need anything. It the perfect location for Mardi Gras and all the Uptown Parades! Would highly recommend!
