Great home to stay

I stayed here for 6 months in a garden-level 1 bed, 1 bath unit, separate from main home and it was a truly pleasant experience. The landlord is kind, responsive, and very welcoming. The home is quiet, peaceful, and located in a safe community surrounded by nature. It always felt calming to come back home after work. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a serene living space.

Nature in the city

I absolutely enjoyed my time at Pam's place. Conveniently located, just 10 minutes from Northside Hospital and close to many stores and restaurants. A very quiet and tranquil place to land for your stay with beautiful trees and nature outside your back patio. Pam was a great landlord always available and friendly. I highly recommend this place and if I ever find myself back out this way, I will definitely stay at Pam's place.

Lovely home

I highly recommend this property to anyone taking an assignment in Atlanta. It is in a great neighborhood and close to a lot of major attractions and shopping stores. P is a wonderful landlord, extremely friendly and I always had a great time when we hung out. The home is cozy and has every amenity needed. If I ever take an assignment in Atlanta again this would be my first choice. I truly felt at home during my stay. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

Total Gem

Let me first apologize for sending my review late. I stayed at P's Place from 5/2021 - 2/2022. I consider myself lucky to have rented this place. The unit is a daylight basement with enough windows and light not to feel like a basement. Its very clean, quiet ,a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and all the amenities a traveler would need! Definitely a home away from home. P goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and she responds to any questions or concerns promptly! If I ever have to be in the Atlanta area again I hope this place will be available as I would absolutely stay again!

Great apartment that is perfect for nurses. It is quiet and stays cool all the time. Owner has gone above and beyond to make the apartment safe with all the COVID 19 regulations. There is an air purifier. She also goes above and beyond to make you feel at home while you are there. Located within easy reach to hospitals but in a really quiet and good neighborhood. Worth every penny to stay safe and in good area.

Rare FInd

I've been a traveling sonographer for six years, experiencing the gamut of really bad to fantastic housing. Pam's place definitely falls in the latter category. The apartment is super comfortable, clean and stocked far beyond the usual bare essentials. The location is prime, being two exits away from three major hospitals is a gift in Atlanta traffic. The back of the property is a surprising urban oasis and hearing hooting owls and songbirds was a balm after a long day at work. Pam is a kind and thoughtful landlady, especially during this COVID crises. I highly recommend this apartment.
