Beautiful property with a welcoming atmosphere thanks to the landlord that ensured my stay was 5+ stars the entire time! Clean, cozy, and easy to relax while working at the VA as an RN. Thank you for everything! Planned a 3 month stay that extended to 9!

Best stay in San Diego

JC is hands down the best host and one of the best people I've ever met in my life. I highly recommend this property to anyone living in San Diego for work, school, or whatever other reasons. The house is extremely clean and there's plenty of space for all your belongings. She makes you feel right at home, this is a 5/5 property!!

Friendly homeowner

JC is very friendly and welcoming. The house is also a great location with close proximity to Pacific Beach, Convoy Street, and the highway.

Clean and Bright

First of all, hosts were very welcoming and caring. House is very clean and has a beautiful backyard pool to relax by on days off. Property is located in a very safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood with, plenty of street parking and an easy 5 minute walk to miles of hiking trails in Tecolote Canyon. Shops, restaurants, and grocery stores are only several minutes away by car. Pacific Beach is also only a 10 minute drive away.

Nice, clean

JC and family were great during my stay and were accommodating to everything I needed. Gave me my own space and made me feel welcome. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in SD area.

Amazing host!

The hosts are awesome. Very caring and kind people. I had privacy as well as I felt safe knowing I had someone to go to while I was away from home. Theres an alarm system, pool, and a very clean house. I would definitely recommend staying here. The hosts have everything you need in the kitchen and let you use and borrow appliances. Also, no trouble with parking or feeling unsafe when youre in the neighborhood. The location is amazing! 15 min drive from Pacific Beach!

Sincere loving and comfortable home

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I could not have imagined a better place for my first time staying in San Diego. Wonderful accommodations and genuinely kind hosts. Clear communication, safe area, and easy stay. Did join a fair share of house card/game nights. Would recommend.

Best Property in San Diego

Amazing house! So much space and always clean. I was immediately welcomed and felt comfortable and ended up staying for much longer than originally planned. Beautiful yard and pool, close to everything in San Diego and right next to tons of shopping. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a furnished place!

Lovely Home and great people

Lovely place to stay! Like the reviews above, it's a very clean and nice place to stay. Room is cozy, but for the most part it was what I needed. It can be a little loud to some, but I liked having people in the house because it was made it seem like home with my family. Everyone is nice but respect your privacy. I wish I had a chance to try out the pool, but it was cold weather for San Diego. Thanks again JC & family! I will be keeping in touch with you! Also, close to a lot of great beaches!

Wonderful stay

Staying here felt more like home than staying with my own family. The people are great. This is a large 5 bedroom house with a backyard pool, patio, and tropical palms and Bird of Paradise framing the pool. Good internet, enough for one person at a time to stream uninterrupted videos. Downsides: The individual bedrooms themselves are small, but with ample closet space. With 2.5 baths for 5 bedrooms, the baths are shared.

Best Stay in SD

During my time here I was going to school just down the street at San Diego Mesa College. I was nervous about moving to a new place, but JC has made her home the most welcoming place. JC and the rest of her family are extremely kind and respectful of your schedule and personal space. Like the description says, the location is a good central point for many awesome SD spots. The room I stayed in had plenty of space for me, my belongings, and I was able to make it personal to me. You'll love it here!

Happy, Welcoming House

My stay here was really great. The house is awesome, and JC & fam are really great. The place is always clean (so long as you do your part to keep it that way!) and everybody is respectful, welcoming, and good-natured. If youre looking for a low-key, welcoming home environment, this is the place!
