Great place!

Stayed here over the summer for an internship. Great location and close to everything. Neighbors are really sweet. David is a great landlord and super accommodating. I would come back in a heartbeat if I were in the Charlotte area.

Home away from home

I stayed here while on assignment. Nice home and quiet neighborhood. Loved the sweet neighbors and my pup loved being nosey from the huge living room window.

Perfect home away from home

I stayed here with my dogs while in Charlotte for a travel assignment. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget you may need. I especially enjoyed the covered area in the back that is furnished with a table, chairs and gas grill. My pups really enjoyed the large well maintained back yard. The neighborhood is nice and the neighbors are friendly. Great location and close to everything. D is very accommodating and quick to respond if any issues arise. I will definitely stay again when back in the area on another assignment.

Exactly as described

Stayed here as a short term rental while searching for a permanent home when we relocated to Charlotte for work. Home is exactly as described and was very clean and well maintained. D was very accommodating and is a fantastic landlord. The backyard was perfect for our dog and the neighbors next door and behind were very kind, friendly and quiet. Great internet at the home and plenty of parking for our vehicles and even our trailer. Back porch is great for relaxing and barbecuing.Great location to downtown Charlotte and the airport. Overall our experience was great and if we had to go back and do it again we wouldnt have chosen any other way.

Perfect home for a dog

Beautify house in a good neighborhood. Fully stocked with all you could imagine needing. Bed is very comfortable and mattress is firm but not stiff. Neighbors are lovely and not nosey. Yard is totally fenced in with lots of room. David is wonderful! Very helpful and considerate. Fixed any problem right away, texted before coming over for yard work, never intrusive and always friendly. Will stay again when in the area. Great value for the price. Easy Venmo payment.

Just like home

I felt like I was at home. I have a boxer with a lot of energy so having a large backyard was a necessity. The property owner was very accommodating and would notify me in advance when hed be coming over to mow the lawn. The patio with covering was amazing on days when the rain would keep me from going outside and I used the grill almost every day I was off. It was a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately my contract was cancelled early but David was very understanding. I highly recommend this property.

Clean and Quiet home close to hospitals!

1. This home was sparkling clean upon arrival with cozy furniture, especially the bed. 2. The location is great, less than 10 minutes from CLT airport and uptown. Many of the hospitals are also within a 15 minute drive from the house. 3. David is kind, helpful and attentive to any request or help you may need while staying in his home. This was a good experience and I would definitely return to stay at this property if I get another assignment in Charlotte! Thanks Dave and Penny!!!
