Excellent rental property

Beautiful neighborhood with a quiet environment- made it easy to work nights. Very professional landlord. Nice kitchen made it easy to meal prep. Would recommend this property for any traveling professional!

Wonderful Stay

Great place to stay in a picturesque town. R is an awesome landlord! Great communication and clean, comfortable space. I was sorry to go, and if I ever come back, I hope to rent from her again!

Lovely little suite

The suite has a bedroom, living room, and private bathroom. Shared spaces are the kitchen and laundry room. The private entrance is convenient and leads you through a well-maintained, peaceful backyard with a garden that you can lounge in. The bed is very comfortable and there is a fireplace in the living room. Plenty of closet room, shelf space, and cupboard room for my use. Medium fridge and large television too. The landlord is very kind and creative. You're given a dedicated laundry day to prevent conflict with other housemates, but if you need to change it, just communicate!

Cozy clean place

One of the cleanest, the most well-maintained, and still cozy place I've ever stayed. Renata is a very accommodating landlady. She is always working hard to make sure everything is OK and comfortable. She is nice and friendly but respects our privacy all the time. You have the private entrance and your own gorgeous bathroom. The kitchen is the only shared place, but Renata generously allows tenants to use all kitchen tools and appliance. So, you can cook your meals from the day 1. You also have your own fridge, microwave, and Keurig in your room. You can use the washer and the dryer on the assigned day. Not only her house is amazing, but also the neighborhood is. Very safe, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. I was enjoying seeing the beautiful scenery like the Puget Sound, mountains, and trees when I drove to work or errands. Easy drive to hospitals and the nicest part of Tacoma, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's etc. I highly recommend her place.
