Really enjoyed my stay here during the off season. Place is well kept and quiet. The owner is very response if you need anything at all. Location is percent too. Would stay again in the future

Great place to stay

Stayed at his studio for 6 months this past year and had zero problems. It suited me for all of my needs for half a year and would be a great stay for anyone at the beach. Never had any issues with noise or with any of the friendly neighbors.

I can't say enough good things about my experience renting here! I actually lived in two different units and both were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and in a community where I always felt safe and secure. Lorraine was kind, professional, and truly cared about providing a great place to live. One thing that really stood out to me was how honest and fair she was. My security deposit was returned promptly after moving out both times, which speaks volumes about how they treat their tenants. It's not often you find a landlord you can completely trust, but this is definitely one of them. I would happily rent here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!

LOUD and UNCOMFORTABLE

I am a Senior on a FIXED INCOME/DISABILITY. "Peace and quiet " completely false. The noise will prevent you from having a peaceful stay. My experience with this property owner was extremely disappointing. I have never (in 30 years) been denied the return of a security deposit. But THIS owner did not return my money, even after she told me that she "UNDERSTOOD" why I had to move out before the lease end date. It's difficult to say whether my experience with her, as a person, or my experience as her tenant is worse. The yelling/partying on the sidewalk, the slamming of a vehicle doors, and trucks as loud as motorcycles! The bed is only divided by a simple wall from the parking lot with no noise buffer. At month 4, 5 party/fighting tenants moved next door. I shared recorded evidence of the disturbance and Lorraine contacted the HOA. She, obviously, believed and agreed with me that the situation was intolerable. She never made any indication that she would keep my deposit of $700!
