perfect for 1 traveler or traveler with SO
Quaint, safe, and quiet apartment. Ground level. T and C are very responsive. Easy drive to Sentara Norfolk General. 20-25 min to get there.

Great Landlord
I'm a travel nurse and have dealt with a lot of landlords, and this one is by far one of the absolute best! She always replied and it was usually quick. She is also very nice. The place is right across the street from the beach but unfortunately I was there in the winter so I was only able to go on once. It is close to a lot of places and the neighborhood seemed to be safe. There are also pretty good blackout curtains in the bedroom for the night shift workers. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location, even better landlord
Me and my wife lived here while we searched for a house to buy in Norfolk. We absolutely loved the place. We would wake up to the sun rising over the bay which you can see from the bedroom window. The owner is incredibly friendly and responded immediately on the rare occasion we needed her. Pretty much every day when I got home we would cross the street and chill on the beach. I couldn't recommend this place enough
