Old Wethersfield - 1st Floor

I rented this apartment during my 1 year residency. It had everything I needed so I was able to come from Texas with just my clothes and other personal belongings that I could pack in my car. The place was quiet, clean and I felt safe. It is very close to Hartford Hospital, where I did my residency. The neighbors are quiet and very friendly. The landlords are incredibly kind and helpful. I never had any problems with the place and they were always there for me with anything I needed. I cannot say enough great things about them and this place. I highly recommend staying here. I was lucky enough to stay at Mary and Marks property and have nothing but good things to say! Both Mary and Mark were so welcoming and made the process of moving in so simple. Everything we needed was supplied, from linens, kitchen/bathroom supplies, and new rugs and placements. The apartment is very well kept and in the perfect location. We never had to drive more than 10-15 minutes to get to anything we needed. The apartment is also located in walking distance to the center of Old Wethersfield where there are amazing restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. Mary and Mark were always available if we needed anything. Very safe neighborhood. We would have stayed forever if we could! Id recommend this apartment and renting from this amazing couple to any close friend and family.

This is the perfect quiet and cozy place to stay. Very spacious with a washer and drier. About 10 minutes from Hartford hospital and very close to restaurants and shops. The owners make you feel very welcomed and anything you need they will make sure you have it! Located in a safe neighborhood with a private entrance. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment!!

Was the perfect place for a couple with a small dog. Mark & Mary are so kind and always make sure you have everything you need and then some. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and great neighborhood to walk/run. The apartment is very clean, plenty of storage space, washer and dryer was great to have in the unit. We also enjoyed the short distance to Rhode Island, New York and Boston. Train Station close by too! We were sad to leave here and highly recommend this apartment!

While working at local hospital SFH a ten minute drive. I had the distinct pleasure to meet the owners of this wonderful bungalow. AS a seasoned traveler this home offers W/D in unit which is very handy in deed. Very comfortable love seat with high speed internet. The unit is well kept and clean you have private entrances to your own home. It is situated in a wonderful neighborhood that I walked often. Much history in this small area of Connecticut great restaurants within walking distance. If you are coming to the Hartford area to work in healthcare this home is well suited.
