The studio is very spacious. Jeff made sure I had the essentials I needed, COFFEE maker, blender and the rest of the kitchen necessaries. It's a quiet neighborhood, my only "problem" entrance is through alley, fine for day time, car access but for evening alley was dark to walk. And yes he is doing construction to main house but as long as you keep windows close cant hear it.
