Perfect summer home!

This was the cutest summer home to stay in during my internship! A lovely 30 minute walk/15 minute trip on the T to Longwood. Short walk to the T and very easy to get downtown. Nice, big rooms - I even had guests stay over the weekend a few times. I was worried about the kitchen, but it ended up being perfect! I cooked full meals every day in the make-shift kitchen (though it isnt optimal for cooking for more than 2). The back garden is beautiful and the whole area is just lovely Lots of greenery and I felt very safe even at night. Great place to run as well, with lots of pretty lakes and reservoirs with gravel trails within a few miles. Cindy is a gem, so helpful and kind. Always willing to help with anything that comes up in the apartment. Truly a wonderful experience!

Sweet Syite

Quite, clean fully furnished apartment. Kitchenette with all the cooking basics, fully sized fridge and laundry area. The host is probably one of the kindest people Ive come across in a long time. I had all the privacy I wanted. The host is just a text away if needed. Off street single parking space right out front. Great location for working in Longwood. Can walk, bike, take the T or grab the shuttle. No long walk to Public Transit. Close to Washington Square and Coolidge Corner shops and restaurants. Brookline is safe and clean. A great town!

Charming Suite

Where do I start? It was love at first sight for me upon seeing the photos online. I immediately contacted the owner (C), received a response from her the very next day, and next thing I know, we were exchanging text messages and chatting! I felt her genuine warmth and kindness since that time and even more so when I finally got to meet her in person. :) The 11 weeks I have spent living in the suite is something that I will never forget for the rest of my life. I felt safe, and right at home from Day One. I loved (and miss) every corner of the suite (instagrammable!!) I got to use the back patio/garden a lot for quiet dinners or just to relax after a long day at work. C made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed and would check in on me from time to time. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I will forever be grateful that I have picked this suite.

AMAZING PLACE!!

We have really enjoyed our time at Cs place and in Boston! Me and my friend are both travel nurses so we were looking for a great place close to the hospital, with easy transportation, and setup for an extended stay. This place was PERFECT for everything we were looking for and more! The neighborhood is so welcoming and close knit. We had 2 cars and only one space but C found us another parking spot with one of the neighbors. Anything we needed or if it was just to keep us updated on anything she would always good at communicating with us.

Excellent Home

Cindy is an excellent owner/landlord. This space is clean, cozy and inviting. Everything you could need for a short-term stay is provided, and should you need anything else, Cindy is always available to help you find what it is. The space here has two very comfortable beds and a full closet and drawers. The location is an easy commute to all area hospitals, and I think about 4 different grocery stores nearby. The area is very safe as well. Definitely a recommended home away from home!
