Amazing Alameda Hosts

A little tardy in my review due to schedule constraints; however, I had to make sure to drop a few lines to say that Annette & Alan were absolutely amazing hosts for our stay in Alameda. Adored the two of them and the apartment/condo. It was easy to get everywhere we needed to go and the parking spot was a bonus. Truly wished we could have extended and hope the place is available for our next jaunt through the area. ~ Ruthann & Rusen

Beautiful location, everything we could ask for

The hosts were super accommodating and flexible for us with the timeframe we needed, the place had everything we could ask for us and our pup. Its an incredible location in Alameda right by the beach and park, and Alameda is very pet-friendly overall. We were thankful to stay here!

The best stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Annette and Allan are wonderful, professional and very kind. The apartment was so clean with everything you could need. The kitchen was well equipped. When the microwave died they had it replaced in under an hour. The apartment is spacious and furnished beautifully.

Spacious apt that's 1-min walk to beach!

My husband and I stayed for a few months and enjoyed our first time in Alameda. This apartment is all you can ask for: quiet, spacious, and extremely well equipped for longer stays! The super close location by the beach is also amazing of course! We took the ferry to SF quite a few times as well since the ferry terminal is only a short drive from the apartment. And we loved the added safety of having gated garage parking for our car, even though there probably is no safer place in the bay to live! Other than that, Annette and Alan are very attentive and welcoming hosts that made sure we always had everything we needed. We highly recommend booking their place if you're considering living in Alameda!

Beach stay

Its hard to sum up a review there are so many positive things to say about our stay. As traveling healthcare workers we have stayed in many FF and this was are favorite and we hope to come back and stay again. Im just going to list a a few of the things that were important to us. Safety-we had no issue with our property and felt completely safe the entire stay. We used both garage and street parking. We kept surfboards and paddle boards on the balcony with no issue. The neighbors are mostly retired folk who watch out for the safety and well-being of everyone. Comfort- the apartment is beautifully decorated with high-quality West Elm or pottery barn furniture and a very large TV. The kitchen has everything youll need for your stay. The fact that the apartment was so comfortable is the reason we extended our contract twice. We will 100% stay there again if we work back in the area. Also, we worked nights and the building is very quiet. We were able to sleep easily during the day. Amenities- I lived at the pool all summer. The beach is at your doorstep we would do multiple walks a day by the seashore. There is laundry on the property which is convenient we rarely had to wait to use a washer or dryer and the facility is well maintained and cleaned weekly. Neighborhood- there are several grocery stores and popular restaurants. Theres a farmers market year-round and is on Saturday and Tuesdays. We bought sushi grade, fish, and fruit and vegetables there. Annette and Allen are some of the nice people you could hope to meet and it was an absolute pleasure renting from them.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Alameda at this condo. Its in a good location, clean, and quiet. Annette and Alan were wonderful hosts.

Amazing Stay in Alameda

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The property is in an amazing location and steps from the beach. The pool is great and the unit has everything you need to feel comfortable. The owners are amazing and super friendly. We hope to be back to stay again.

Attentive landlords, comfortable unit

Clean, comfortable, quiet apartment. Exceptional landlords, highly responsive and attentive to needs. Location is ideal, one block away from Robert Crown Memorial Beach and Washington Park (with easy access to lovely walking/biking trail) and one mile away from Alameda Hospital. Coin shared laundry facility on premises but not in unit. Convenient garage parking, extra parking spot was available for monthly fee. Landlords made sure we had everything we needed and even lent us bikes for exploring. Safe apartment and location, easy to access restaurants, ferry, and shopping. Would recommend to other travelers and would stay here again in the future.9163

Great place near beach, great location

Owners are the best. Very caring and quick to reply for any problems. Nice touches like a welcome bottle of wine and fresh fruit from their garden made it very special for us if we travel that way again. We just hope the property will be available. Thanks A and A for a great stay.

The perfect one bedroom apartment

A's one bedroom is perfectly furnished for all your needs. Safe gated parking, pool, steps to the beach! The apt itself is a huge one bedroom, and its a quiet complex. The kitchenis fully furnished with any youd need, also includes TV, internet, and tons of storage space. The bed is very comfortable. Alameda is a unique and awesome town with wonderful restaurant and bars and truly feels so safe. 25 minute drive to SF and 10 minute drive to Oakland. The weather is always the best in the bay and the gas prices here are considerably cheaper than the rest of the bay. A and A are readily available and super easy to work with. Would stay here again for sure

Absolutely wonderful unit

Amazing unit with a great location just a few yards from the beach and less than two miles from shopping and small town shops. Great restaurants and a dog park in walking distance. Very quiet and extremely clean. Fully furnished with plush towels and high count bedding. Owners willing to provide anything you need. Very help and always available. Great couple. I would recommend this unit for either short or long stay.
