I stayed at David's apartment in downtown San Diego for a little over a year and had a great experience. The location was perfect for enjoying everything downtown has to offer, and the apartment was always a comfortable place to come home to and rest after long days working on my project. David was an excellent landlord-accommodating, responsive to texts and calls, and always helpful when I needed something. He checked in with me during my first few months to make sure everything was going well. He also made both the move-in and move-out processes easy and stress-free. I really enjoyed my time there and made some great memories in San Diego. I would definitely recommend David and his apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a great downtown location.

If you want to live in San Diego and get the full experience, I recommend staying here. You are right next to petco park we're the San Diego padres play. You get an amazing view from the roof top common area, no better view in my opinion. Also, you are conveniently located near public transportation and by the major freeway so you can get anywhere really fast. You are right next to the gas lamp district so you have countless options for food, bars, and clubs. Don't miss out on this spot. David was always available and really accommodating as well. Also, the front desk security were always welcoming and helpful when needed.

Perfect condo in downtown SD

The location is perfect and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and cute cafes. The apartment is very secure and safe. D is also a great landlord and super responsive. In regards to the apartment, it is well equipped and comes with everything you need: washer/dryer, towels, and kitchen supplies. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this condo and D was the perfect landlord to work with.

Great place/great host

D was an amazing host, always quick to respond whenever needed. The place was great and had all the essentials needed for a long term stay. The building felt very secure with a 24/7 doorman. Location is perfect across from petco and has a great roof deck overlooking the stadium. Gym membership was such a great perk literally right across the street!

Excellent Condo downtown

I enjoyed my stay in this comfortable condo downtown. The location is perfect and having the pool and gym so close was definitely a plus. The views from the rooftop are excellent and a nice outdoor space. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Gorgeous updated apartment in a great location!

My stay in this lovely apartment in such a happening area in San diego was unforgettable. D was an awesome host, very responsive and friendly. This apartment complex has everything you could possibly need and then some. The rooftop is unbelievable, you can see into Petco park and lookout over San Diego, also a great place to grill. And the location is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and etc. Given the chance I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great Apartment & Location!

We stayed here for a month while working remotely and this apartment had everything we needed! It was a great location to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, baseball games and parks. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. The patio was a relaxing way to wind down in the evenings or start the day with a cup of coffee. There was plenty of storage between the closets and dresser. The pictures are accurate and was exactly what we expected. The rooftop area and gym are great amenities as well. D was a very accommodating host allowing me to check in early and gave a full tour of the complex. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this apartment.

Very Pleasant Stay

I'm a traveling doctor. My stay here was a very pleasant experience all the way around.The owner was very responsive to all my needs, very polite, and gave immediate feedback to all my inquiries. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. It's turn key and had everything I needed. Very comfortable bed. Nicely equipped kitchen. The parking is gated and very secure. I will definitely check the availability of this same unit the next time my travels bring me back to San Diego.
