Cute and cozy spot in Austin!

This apartment was super nice and cozy, and had everything I needed for a three week stay! Courtney and David were quick to communicate and made sure I was comfortable. It is located in a very safe neighborhood - it was pleasant to take long walks and had a suburban feel but it was also close to stores and coffee shops. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Austin!

Amazing stay close to downtown ATX

Courtney and David are the most fantastic hosts! The house is 3 bedroom (all queen beds yay!) Great heating and cooling. Amazing kitchen amenities. One parking spot with super easy street parking for the other people! My roommates and I are all travel nurses in our 20s who love to explore big cities. This place is not far from anything you want to see! A great 4 months in Austin, highly recommend!

Cozy Suite

Courtney and David were great hosts. The unit is perfect for a single traveler. It was very clean and nicely updated. It shares a wall with the main house but I never heard any noise whatsoever, which is important because I work the night shift. It opens up the the big backyard, so it's perfect for pets. Convenient location, right off the main freeway. I loved my stay and would come back again!

Comfy Cactus Suite

Couldn't have had a better place to stay in Austin! Courtney and David are wonderful hosts, the location is perfect - close to shopping and restaurants yet in a quiet neighborhood. The Comfy Cactus Suite had everything I needed and the fenced in backyard was perfect for my dog. This suite would work well for an overnight stay or an extended stay with laundry onsite and off-street parking. If needed, I would definitely stay here again!
