Great Longterm Stay

I spent 5 months here. The apartment is fully furnished with anything you may need with an outside deck. Located in a quiet neighborhood with the potential to see deer, close to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. Bud is very nice he made me feel at home. He took out the trash, checked the mail and kept the property looking nice! I would highly recommend.

Excellent Stay in Winston-Salem

I had a wonderful stay at this property! It's a private space fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Bud is an excellent landlord. He is so friendly and kind and willing to help with whatever you need. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is staying in the area! It truly was so great!

Great property with an even better host!

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood that was close by to everything I needed, including my workplace. The suite is well furnished, private, and included all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The owner Bud is very respectful of your privacy and is truly a pleasure to live next to. He is very responsive, friendly, and helped me with anything I needed. I wish more landlords were like him. If I had another rotation in the area, I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

I had a great stay at this property! It was clean upon arrival and had everything I needed. My favorite part was the private deck that I read on in the evening! And I cant forget how nice Bud, the owner is. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in the area.

Perfect Place for Quiet Living

I stayed here while on assignment. I dont think there could have been a better place to stay. The serene setting, coupled with a great owner made for the most exceptional stay possible. Washer/dryer setup was great. Kitchen was absolutely all I needed. If I were to go back to Winston-Salem, I would plan around being at this property. 5-star rating all the way.

Perfect Rental

I stayed here while attending graduate school and as a working professional. This was the ideal rental, I would have renewed my lease if it wasn't for a work relocation. The apartment has an updated kitchen, WIFI, washer/dryer, etc. everything needed to live comfortably. The location was also perfect; quiet, safe, nice neighborhood to walk around, close to parks and other amenities. The owner lives next door and was an awesome neighbor. He was incredibly helpful and communicative. This place is definitely a gem and hard to come by, especially for the price. I was sad to go!

Accommodating Stay

The unit had everything you could need as a furnished unit for a travel nurse. There was plenty of space to put all my things. My commute to work was very easy and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The landlord was always helpful whenever I had any questions or needed anything. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

Super great place in a quite upscale community. The place could use more light for studying. Overall it will be one of the best places available.

The Perfect Place!

I have only great things to say about this apartment. The apartment is clean, has enough space for all of your belongings, and is close to everything you need. The landlord is extremely friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. The price for this apartment is amazing and I would highly recommend this place!

Great Stay!

I can't say enough about this apartment and the landlord. It was such a great place and the landlord was so kind. It's clean, close to things in town but still has a quaint feel. The landlord is very prompt to respond or take care of any issues you have. And the price is amazing for the apartment!
