Karen and her assistant Sheri made the Lease and move-in process pretty painless. They are very accommodating and communicate well. The apt building is one of the nicer ones in the area. It's kept pretty clean and felt mostly safe. The people who live in the building are generally friendly, but the managers not so much; they can't be bothered... As for the neighborhood, Salt Lake is a 5-15 min drive from a lot of things. There is a small shopping plaza nearby that is just walkable, but it's nothing special. For how busy and densely populated the area is, it would be nice if there were more walkable amenities. And the area certainly *is* busy; I don't agree that it's a "Quiet Environment." You will hear every loud car etc. come right through the windows, even late at night. This was my least favorite part about living here. Still, I was thankful to have a 10-12min commute to work while I was settling in to my new routine, and I feel like it all worked out fairly well for me.

Amazing Landlord and Location!!!

First and foremost, Ms. Karen's kindness, communication and move-in support far exceeded any expectation one could have of a potential landlord when seeking temporary lodging! She worked overtime to meet our transitional needs! The condo was immaculately clean, very comfortable and conveniently close to many local attractions! The dedicated parking stall is easy to maneuver (I have a 4-door Jeep Wrangler) & access to the building is very secure. Perfect size to host a couple! My husband and I highly recommend this location!
