Cute and cozy
The place is exactly what I needed for a couple months. It is super close to each of the major hospitals in the area. It is also close to the airport. The furniture provided is quite nice and comfy. M the landlord/property manger is great and very nice. She communicates everything very well. Great stay overall!

Like the title says, this cute and cozy apartment is 'Just Like Home'. It's extremely convenient to Uptown Charlotte and the airport. Great restaurants and micro-brews within walking distance! M, the owner and property manager is friendly and very accommodating. If the remodel of my home nearby wasn't completed, I'd still be staying here!! - T B.

Better then expected
I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful 1 BR furnished apartment and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I stepped inside, I was met with a sense of comfort and style. Basically, it was homey. The apartment was tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The living room was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the bedroom was a peaceful retreat with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. In addition to the beautiful interior, the apartment was also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. I met the landlord a few times and she seemed to care about my stay and was very personable. I lost heat once and it was fixed immediatly. concerned about the busy intersection, but it seemed to die down around 9 pm, so I was happy

Great Find!
This rental apartment was a great experience for my time down in Charlotte. It is located in an area that has been evolving and developing over the past few years from what I understand from talking to my neighbors. It is very close to the center of the city and has stores within 10 minutes for anything you might need! It has multiple small local family restaurants close by with delicious southern food! M the landlord is amazing as well! She was quick to respond to any question or issue that I had and we had a very good relationship. 10/10 would recommend leasing this apartment!
