This condo is my home and not a regular rental property so it is nicer than a straight rental. I go North for a few months in the summer.
The condo is on the first canal in from Tampa Bay and you can see the sun rise over the bay from the bedroom window. Nearly everything in the condo is brand new (2018), cozy and super cute. The kitchen and laundry have new SS appliances and ivory painted maple cabinets with Corian counter...
