Clean home! Great Landlord!

I had a great stay at this home, I stayed for a year after moving from TX to California for the first time! it was clean, spacious, quiet and peaceful. The landlord was very helpful and attentive, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even wanted in order to have a comfortable stay in the home, very friendly as well! They even ordered an AC for the room I was staying in since it was hot outside. House cleaning came every other week so the place was always taken care of. Overall great stay!

Eureka!

I stayed at this property upon a spur of the moment move to California and remained in this wonderful home for 2 years. The landlord S was welcoming and accomadated my needs/requests. I stayed in the master suite, which was quite spacious, comfortable, and private. The home is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. I would stay there again if I am in the area and recommend it to anyone else looking for a place to stay. The landlord was very flexible as I was able to extend my stay beyond the initial 90 days due to changes in my traveling contract.

Safe and Comfortable

GREAT place to stay while on assignment in the bay. Moved here after staying a crap hole place, I was able to move in quickly and easily. The house is very clean,safe and super close to the highway, grocery stores and coffee shops. The other housemates are clean, quiet and respectful of your need for privacy. I will miss the Bay and the house.

Great living, affordable and clean!

If you are looking for a clean, safe, affordable and accommodating place, this is it! The landlord is amazing and attends to your queries as soon as possible. Very responsive. Place is great for a peace of mind. And I had the pleasure of staying with the most amazing humans. Have cleaning come every two weeks. Im always very worried about security, but never had any of that in this place. I slept sound every day! Look if you want a place to stay in the area check this place out! Wont be disappointed!

Great value, spacious, safe

Easily the best living experience Ive had in my travel career. The landlord is very friendly, accommodating and quick to fix any problems. The house was safe, spacious, comfortable and came with everything I could ever need and more. Best value in the Bay Area by far. It was a great experience living at this property and Id definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

Incredible Value and Great Find

I stayed in the master suite at this property. This place was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend any of the rooms in this house, especially the master suite. It is great value for the price. The house is super clean, comfortable and spacious. The landlord is great and super accommodating. House cleaners come twice a month and the landlord is willing to help out with any questions or concerns you might have. Honestly this place is a steal for the price that it is listed at.

Affordable, safe and quiet EAST bay

This is one of those best kept secrets that you don't want people to know about because you want it all to yourself and a select few. Sean, the owner of the property, is one of the best landlords that I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. His property is safe, affordable for is provided and the neighborhood is nice and quiet, far away from busy areas. If you have a car, the entrance to the highway is less than a minute away. There are cameras, locked gates, entrance and doors for the property that gives you a great sense of security which is my biggest priority while traveling.
