Homey. It was like being a teenager living at home again. You have parents and siblings and neighbors and views. Well worth the money. A&B are so nice and warm, you feel at home, in a different year, as soon as you get there!

Beautiful and comfortable home with the best landlords.

Home is clean, quiet, comfortable and is perfectly located for working at KCH, and adventuring in Kona. Great view of the coastline and town. You won't regret booking with A and B. They are incredible people.

Comfortable and homey

Stayed at this place for a short time due to a family issue that required me to go home. But, I would have happily stayed my entire contract. The landlords live some distance away but a long term tenant lives downstairs and is willing to help if needed. The home is classic architecture with real wood paneled walls and exposed beams. A wall of patio doors on the ocean side allows amazing views. Bedrooms have either the balcony/porch & ocean in the front or a Lanai with tables, chairs and a swing to the back. There is always a sea breeze. Even so the place is very private. You can sit in the living room w/ the curtains and doors open for the breeze and no one without a helicopter and a telescope can invade your privacy. The landlords are so kind and really want you to be comfortable. It feels like home bc it is a home and all the landlords ask is that you treat the place with respect. Its easy to do when the place is so worth it.
