Quiet 3 bedroom 2bath close to hospitals

Great and homey. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

This house is an older house but very well kept up. Annie is a great landlady. She was very attentive to my needs. The bed was comfortable and kitchen is stocked with what you need. The washer and dryer are great. A very quite neighborhood and very close to the hospital (less than 10 minutes). Close to anything you need(groceries, fast food, restaurants and more). I would recommend Annie's place anytime.

Amazing stay

I stayed at this property for 5.5 months, and I would highly highly highly recommend. The owner is amazing!!! Very responsive and extremely helpful. I had my own room with blackout curtains and my own private bath. Everything in the house was in excellent condition. The house is located close to everything- the hospitals, gas station and grocery stores. Tons of places to eat near by. Neighbors were friendly, quiet and kept to themselves. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Relaxing and quaint

Very pleasant atmosphere. Property manager A, is awesome! If anything happened, at all, she was on it! One of the bathrooms is a tight fit but do-able. It was nice being able to sleep-in on my days off, because "blackout curtains" did just that! You will have a very nice stay in the bluebird

Great, quiet house!

Great house to rent for nurses or medical students. Quick and easy drive to the medical district. Quiet home with quiet neighbors, perfect for night shifters! The landlord, A is super sweet and cares about her renters! Would definitely rent here again if I am in the Augusta area!

Amazing Place

I lived at the place and had no complaints. Peaceful and quite. Owner is an incredible person with a good and pure heart. Always there when you need her and responds to your messages as soon as she gets them. Clean, affordable and peaceful. Will defiantly recommend to other travel professionals.

Nice quiet place, near Medical District.

Nice, clean, quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Medical District. Landlady is very nice and took care of any issues quickly. (AC froze up once). No problems. She takes care of her renters!

BEST OF ALL

GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD. ANNI THE LANDLORD IS VERY RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, COMMUNICATES FAST IF THERE IS ANY NEED. VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY TIME. ALL APPLIANCES ARE EXCELLENT. THE HOUSE IS VERY CLEAN AND COZY. I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK IF I HAVE ANOTHER ASSIGNMENT HERE. ALSO THE HOUSE IS CLOSE TO ALL MAIN HOSPITALS, MAIN GROCERY STORES AND DOWNTOWN.

Great stay

Awesome place to stay. Ann responded quickly to any issues that arised and the house was exceptionally clean. I love the fact the house is fully equipped with everything you need, and I felt so comfortable staying there. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood thats close to shopping & hospitals. Annie is a wonderful host who is respectful, honest & open communication. She takes excellent care of the property and is prompt with responses to any concerns or issues. I highly recommend this property. Id definitely stay here again.
