Beautiful, peaceful, and truly luxurious place to live

I have truly enjoyed living here. The home is modern, fully furnished, and very comfortable, with high-end finishes that make everyday living feel relaxing. The kitchen is a standout, especially the gas stove with double ovens, powerful high-heat burners, and the large center burner — perfect if you enjoy cooking. It has been one of my favorite features. The spa-style shower feels like a retreat, with multiple adjustable body jets, a rain shower head, and handheld wand. The space also includes a full-size washer and dryer, Nest climate control, digital entry, and beautiful lighting throughout. Three sets of French doors bring in natural light and open to peaceful mountain views. Edward and Ty have been wonderful hosts — kind, responsive, and respectful. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale place in a beautiful setting.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a month while our house was beiing renovated. The apartment is gorgeous! All the modern conveniences! Comfortable bed. Modern kitchen with uptodate appliances. Loved the gas stove. Awesome shower. The apartment is in the east foothills of San Jose. The views are spectacular. The drive up and down the hill is fun but be safe! And best of all Thy and Ed are the best! So kind and helpful.

This is a one of a kind property! Very clean and filled with all necessary items. The kitchen is top of the line for those who enjoy cooking or baking! The location is safe and quiet up in the hills with a beautiful view from every window. The location is perfect and close to everything shops, restaurants etc. Very much enjoyed our stay in this luxurious guest house. We had family in Palo Alto and Santa Clara so we were very close to everyone. We had a dog and she greatly enjoyed her stay also and we had built in pet sitters when needed! A very dog friendly neighborhood! We met all the neighbors and they were very friendly. We can't say enough about the property especially how clean and lovely everything was! So thankful that we found this property and were able to enjoy some quality time with our family in California.

AMAZING!!

This place was absolutely amazing. Very clean, very spacious, very quiet, very modern with great views. Its basically a smart home with keyless entry. Its an Oasis on top of the world. The owners are super nice and go above and beyond for their tenants. If the place was not booked, I would have extended my stay. I have never lived in luxury like that before and I am not spoiled.

This place is essentially a brand new, quiet apartment space with top of the line appliances and a great view of San Jose! This property is a few minutes drive into the hills, but it offers privacy and seclusion. Street parking-never had an issue with finding a parking spot and experienced no break-ins. Very quiet at night and a super comfy bed provided great sleep! Landlords were always very responsive to questions/concerns and are quick to fix them to ensure their renters are happy! Theyre a fun, laid back couple who are more than happy to share a beer with you and show you around town!
