Amazing!

Paul was great! The unit was tidy and put together. The other tenants in the building were very nice and quiet. I had a 10/10 experience! The parking was also a nice bonus.

Stayed for my 3 month contract. The management team was great and very responsive. The actual apartment I got was not as updated as the post on FF. My appliances were older and the apartment was all carpet. The walls are thin so I had to get a fan to run at night to drown out the neighbors, but thats just apartment living I guess. The location is awesome, right in the middle of downtown Woburn. Most things you need are walking distance or a very short drive. It's nothing fancy, so if your standards are high at least make sure your apartment is one of the updated ones. I would definitely stay here again if I were to take another contract in the area. Perfect spot if you work at Winchester Hospital.

Cons: the parking is a nightmare since the parking lot is Public for all the local businesses even though it's not supposed to be. The washer/dryers are terrible they're expensive and don't work great I ended up going to the laundromat. Pros: It's a great apartment vibe and the area is super walkable, lots of restaurants and a great cafe. The weeks notice move out is great and the landlords are good communicators, I got my entire security deposit back in like a week! it was cozy enough for my husband and I but def outdated and really small. if you're staying short term it's perfect!
