Awesome stay!

Francesca was very hands on with us, the tenants. I felt safe the whole time I was there. Construction was ongoing for the time being but everything else was great. Nico was also very much helpful. Would stay here again!

North Park Apartment

Francesca has made a safe, adorable little community of residents on her North Park property. The energy is so good. The apartment is well stocked with everything I needed plus a little extra just to make it cute and comfortable. Just bring your clothes and that's it. It's located right at the heart of San Diego so going to different areas is convenient and also there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Her and Nico were very responsive in answering my questions and helping me once I moved in. Highly recommend. Love, love the apartment

Loved it!

We loved staying here! Really great neighborhood for exploring north park, hillcrest and university heights, super walkable to a ton of things! Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials, plus having the balcony to sit on in the afternoon sun is such a treat. Lots of sun so the apartment is super bright and airy. Francesca is also super responsive and lovely to work with. Great apartment with all the basics, spent 6 months here and would do it again!

Loved my stay, wish I didn't have to leave!

F was so easy to work with and her assistant Raquel was as well. They are both super responsive when/if I needed anything. I had a maintenance issue pretty soon after moving in and they had someone out the next morning to fix the issue :) The apartment is in a great location and is cozy and clean. Neighbors are quiet and respectful and never had any issues. I love this apartment and if I didn't have to leave I wouldn't! So thankful I landed here for my 6 months in San Diego.
