My husband and I stayed in Apartment C. Apartment was laid out nicely had everything you need. Requests are met within timely manner . However, this is a basement apartment that is not well insulated. If you have people above you, you will hear them all day and all night. Land lord does their best to help with this by reaching out to tenants above. We had a young child above us, so only so much could be done. Also, if you stay over the winter months, you will literally be walking on water. Make sure you bring a dehumidifier. Your clothes and the carpeting will be soaked if you don't. Good location, clean and neighborhood felt safe.
Its Perfect
Im a travel nurse and I would never write a good review unless it was 100% true. This place was immaculate when I moved in! The landlady is so kind, organized, and thoughtful. She set the place up perfectly with literally everything I needed to get started. There are plenty of closets and drawers, really nice large couch and loveseat, large TV, comfy bedding with extra soft blankets, quality towels, large new washer and dryer, and a beautiful yard and balcony. The main bedroom gets completely dark for sleeping during the day (nightshifter here). The neighbors are quiet and sweet and respectful. I have had ZERO issues living here. Whoever gets this place is very lucky. You will love it! Also, its crazy close to a park, downtown, and literally takes me live 7 minutes to get to UVA hospital.
