Room 2 (Fifty dollars DISCOUNT OFF FIRST MONTH)

Amazing stay!

I stayed here for 3.5 months and Tyra was fantastic as my landlord. She was so kind and solved any issues very quickly. The room is very comfortable and has everything a traveler would need. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs somewhere to stay close to Yale University. The bus stop is also right next to the house and will take you straight downtown. Tyra is wonderful and a dream come true for a landlord.

Pleasant Stay

My stay in here was great, I've stayed for a year and whenever there are problems Tyra is there to address it. It's also convenient that it's close to Yale hospital. I came back to this place after taking yet another contract for 3 months with Yale and Tyra has been very considerate and accommodating.

Avoid!

-Not safe for your vehicles,my vehicle was broken into,i guess they were trying to steal but found i had a gadget on steering they couldnt get through to,when I told owner,she never said sorry ! -Will not refund your deposit,I move out 14 days ago and she has not refunded me,despite asking her 3 times for it, i did no damage to property! -Kitchen not ventilated,no Ac,gets so hot in summer when cooking, the Ac in the room is so loud you cannot sleep yet you need it to be on because the house is hot!
