This is a beautiful home with very creative use of space for allowing fo separate living spaces within the same home. Only the kitchen has to be truly shared space and that is not necessary if you are living in the upstairs suite because there are cooking options and a large mini-fridge and dining table upstairs.

Ginkgo Garden is so perfect I stayed for two years!!
Its the perfect home away from home and Barbara is amazing. She was so accommodating. Its a beautiful home with TONS of room and lots of nice outdoor spaces too!! I stayed from 05/22 until Sept of 2024 with just a few weeks off in between assignments. If I could give her 10 stars I would!! ** the starting date is incorrect because it won't let me go back to 05/22. Natalie H.

Very beautiful place to stay!
I have really enjoyed my stay with Ms. B for the last month. She was very accommodating to my last minute request. The home was very beautiful, clean and a great place for a traveler to feel at home. I will definitely stay again the next time I am in the Memphis area!

A Wonderful Place to Stay in Memphis
A wonderful place to stay in Memphis! I stayed in the Garden Room for 4 months as a travel nurse. A full updated kitchen and multiple living room areas really do make this place feel like home. B is a wonderful host and made sure I had absolutely everything I ever needed during my stay. She is very fast to respond and kept me well informed of any cleaning or lawn care schedules. I would 10/10 stay here again if I ever travel back to Memphis!

Long-term stay
The Ginkgo Garden Inn felt like a home away from home. I rented the upstairs private sweet for my nursing travel contract last minute and B was very accommodating being that I found this a week before my start date. The house feels very welcoming and homey. The location is close enough to downtown Memphis, and not too far from Southhaven, MS. You will not be disappointed when you stay here.

Amazing Property and Hostess
Barbara and the Gingko home is nothing less than a five star review, I would give her more if possible. She is a wonderful host and the home and property is absolutely beautiful! I have stayed for a month during a contract and enjoyed every minute. She is very accommodating and will assist you with any questions or help you may need. She even allowed me to come early and gave me some of her clothes to borrow due to luggage being lost!! You will have access to the fully functional kitchen, laundry, dining area and lets not forget the coffee bar. The grounds are just beautiful with a patio, chairs and beyond a peaceful huge green yard to sit and swing and enjoy the beauty. I cant say enough but THANK YOU Barbara!
