Very Friendly and Clean!

I stayed with Ron and Karon while I was TDY with the military. They were so very welcoming to have me so much as making me feel like family. They were always there to help out in case I needed anything and even welcomed my dog Shiloh with open arms. The house itself is very clean and just the perfect space for 1 or 2 people. The patio was my favorite part with the exterior lights and the motion lights it feels very warm and welcoming...and safe! I can't explain how much I loved my stay, but I would absolutely stay with them and Andrea if I am in the area again! Thank yall!

Warm, Welcoming, and Absolutely Perfect!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay with Ron and Karen, and all of Andrea's help! They were truly exceptional hosts-warm, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating. We were in a major life transition, moving out of state to Florida and needing a temporary home before our official move on May 1st. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at ease. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. What meant the most to us was how welcoming they were to our dog, Lucy. It's not easy finding a place that feels like home when you're between homes, but this absolutely did. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference during a stressful time. We are so grateful for the experience and would recommend them a thousand times over!

Beautiful/Safe/Quiet

R, K, and A are amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special. We truly felt at home the entire time. Place was clean, cozy, and quiet-just as described and pictured. Would love to stay here again if Im in the area. Thank you so much:)

Guest house review

My husband and I are medical students doing our clerkships in riverside California. We had an amazing stay! Everything is exactly as pictured and the hosts are extremely accommodating for any small issues that may pop up. They reply immediately and made our stay splendid!

Amazingly Comfortable and charming!!

As a travel nurse, I really enjoyed staying here! This property has a home away from home feel and I felt so welcomed. R and K are the best Landlords ever. They are very caring and hospitable people. I felt safe and secure living there. Working as a third shift nurse, I liked the fact motion lights were set up at the entrance way and in the carport area. I would definitely stay here again if ever I returned to Riverside. Thank you so very much for everything A , R and K!

Best place I've ever rented!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this property. It's the perfect size for one or two people. Large enough to stretch out, but small enough to thoroughly clean in an hour! The kitchen is great, and the shower has good water pressure. Plus, you'll have a private patio and carport. And to top it off... a full size washer and dryer?!?!? It really was a wonderful home away from home. Take care of this place, and Ron and Karon will be your new surrogate parents- they are an absolute delight to talk to and rent from. Renting this little place was truly the highlight of my travel job. You won't be disappointed!

Cozy and Comfortable

Cozy apartment with everything you need. Just the right amount of space for one person, quiet serene environment. Landlords attentive and super friendly. I felt very comfortable and safe.

Perfect Little House

This place is beautiful! Quiet, private and beautifully furnished. Ron & Karen are the best and will do whatever they can to make you comfortable. And they are on top off all maintenance issues, which by the way were minimal during my 4 mos stay. They really go above and beyond for you. I wish I could take this place with me and will definitely rent from them again when I come back.

Outstanding and Incredibly comfortable

You are going to live this property. Ron and Karon are great owners and incredibly reaponsive. It is the perfect size and is so beautifully adorned. Its also really close to the hospitals. You cannot go wrong to win this property.
