Great Temporary Spot!

I rented this spot for a few months while my partner and I did major renovations on our house. It worked out great as a temporary spot. Only thing to consider, if you are not an early riser, or if you need to sleep during the day, beware there is a rooster that does start crowing at the dawn and crows throughout the day. I am usually up early so it wasn't too much of an issue. Otherwise, a great spot, close to everything, and the trailer itself is very cute and cozy!

Home away from home

The adorable tiny trailer felt completely like home from day 1! M has thought of everything you could need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The space is small but well laid out, it was perfect for 1 person. The kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals or more involved ones if you can be efficient with surface space. Having access to laundry on site was a great bonus and fresh eggs were a treat. I really enjoyed having a little seating area outside during the summer. The location is super convenient to shopping, a great gym and hospitals (or wineries, depending on your line of work) The dogs were sweet, especially lulu. M is very nice and super helpful, always right on top of things. The only thing that wasnt completely idea for me was the hot water heater being small, you have to be quick in the shower, however its totally doable, and not enough of a problem that I would let it stop me from staying again. I totally recommend staying here to anyone!

Cute,Clean Tiny House Trailer!

This property offers the best of both worlds. Quiet, peaceful, rural-type surroundings, including chickens who lay delicious eggs, and easy access to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, a shopping mall, and a gym, etc. The tiny house itself is clean, secure, full of natural light, and comes fully furnished with enough kitchen/household items to guarantee an enjoyable stay in your new home away from home. The owner is very kind and pleasant with a great sense of humor! She thoughtfully responded to my needs/concerns in a timely manner. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Tiny House Trailer and highly recommend it!!!

Tiny Home Trailer is the best!

Where to even start? Truly feels like trailer living at its finest. The entire space is comfortable and well-appointed - somehow the furniture fits perfectly so it feels almost spacious for being only one long room. Spotlessly clean and maintained when I arrived, with plenty of provided linens and kitchen / household items. The multiple windows offer incredible natural light, plus the option of both curtains and blinds on all for privacy when you want. The lane where it's situated along the side of the property feels entirely private, with a lovely little garden experience just outside the door. I lived here for 6 months as a single woman and felt safe and secure. Easy parking on the street in front of the house. M is an attentive, communicative, and fun landlord, and was quick to address any issues (changing the gas tank, new batteries for the smoke alarm, etc.) TIP: Her 3 pups are easily won over if you bring treats! Highly recommend staying here. Miss it already!

Peaceful stay in adorable tiny house

Had a great, peaceful stay at this property from January 31-March 31st. The tiny home had everything I needed to make my stay completely comfortable. M was always quick to respond to my texts and made me feel at home. Loved all the animals , but especially L, C and E. I would highly recommend staying here and enjoying the property.

Great for Sutter Regional!

I stayed in the tiny house trailer for my most recent travel contract. M, the owner, was so nice and accommodating to my sporadic schedule. It was less than a 10 min drive to Sutter Regional and the Kaiser hospital is fairly close. There is a gym, gas stations, and food places within less than 5 minutes which is great. The street parking is usually free and directly in front of the main property. The access to the unit is private and the neighborhood is quiet with minimal road and foot traffic. I would recommend staying here it is great for the price range!

Super cute trailer. Very close to Sutter hospital without the need to get on the freeway. Close to shopping. Landlady always at the ready to help with any issues! My home away from home!

Great little Place

Perfect little private space. Just 3 miles from Santa Rosa Memorial. Convenient to shopping and dining. The landlord is a very nice lady. I enjoyed my stay here.

No Place Like Marthas Place

I am so grateful for my stay in the adorable tiny house trailer. The trailer had everything I needed to be not only survive, but thrive! You dont need to bring much besides your clothing and toiletries, because Martha has thoughtfully provided pretty much anything else you could need. Martha is a very thoughtful and responsive host, and always got back to me with any questions or concerns within a few hours if not immediately. Hands down, I recommend staying here for your time in Santa Rosa. I would give this experience a 10/10 for comfort, security, cost, amenities, and the incredible host!

Cozy Clean Home

The property is cute, clean, and surrounded by flowers, grass, chickens, and sheep! I received fresh organic eggs as often as I wanted. What a perk! The landlord is super kind and funny, very accommodating and lovely. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked and very adequate. The only downside to the property is that because it is in a trailer home the shower is small and does not have an abundance of warm water, so showers are short, and the waste system is such that you can't flush any TP. So you have to take the trash out a lot. It wasn't as big a deal as I thought it might be. And EGGS!

Quaint & private space with great location!

I stayed at Marthas tiny house trailer for 3 mos. Many perks to name a few; quiet & private personal space (pictures 100% as shown/described), accessible washer/dryer, location!! & close to amenities (mall shopping, dining, whole foods, target, trader joe's), ample lighting/lots of windows, central heat & AC. Its not huge, but was perfect for me & my needs. I also can't say enough nice things about Martha. She's kind, accommodating & quick to respond to any questions/needs. It always feels like a bit of a dice-roll when renting from strangers, but Martha made it worry-free & easy.
