Private, Clean, and Spacious

This unit has it's own private entry, and includes all the basic amenities you need. Situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. The family is very welcoming and accommodating. I also appreciated their flexibility as I was relocating and looking for a new home. If I were ever in need again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

House was very nice and well put together, I had all amenities I needed. Family was very welcoming and I enjoyed my time here for a whole year. Great, safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend and would definitely return if I needed to. 10/10!

Clean, Spacious, and absolutely stunning neighborhood!

Definitely a beautifully decorated home away from home. One thing I appreciate the most regarding my stay at this beautiful apartment was the tranquility of not only the apartment but also the neighborhood. The apartment is equipped with everything I needed during my stay. Safety is always a priority on my list when embarking on a new assignment. This neighborhood is very safe and well maintained. Thank you for helping me find a home during my assignment. I will definitely stay here in the future if another opportunity present itself in Roseville. I will definitely recommend!

Private, New, and Clean!

This apartment has been a great stay for me during my travel assignment! The space is very private with a nice clean look. Its not the biggest apartment but the high ceilings make it feel very spacious. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and a full kitchen. The bed is comfortable, and shower is nice. During my stay I had only a few interactions with K but I knew she was just a text away if I were to ever need anything. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. There are super markets near by and decent take out options about 15-20 minutes away, in town.

Beautiful casita

Beautiful unit in very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood in the Roseville area. Nicely decorated and very comfortable living space and loved that I had my own private entrance. Amenities included wi-fi, cable, full kitchen, bathroom, and a washer dryer. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome place

Great guest casita, beautifully decorated. Host included small touches to make the home perfect for travelers. Quiet neighborhood. Car recommended as house not close to public transportation or restaurants. Would love to stay again if another contract in the Sacramento area. Thank you for inviting me into your home and family!
