Highly Recommend

I recently stayed at the White House and had a really great experience. The place was extremely easy to move into—everything was already set up, super clean, and exactly like the listing described. Overall, it was just a smooth, no-stress stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a furnished place and would happily stay here again.

The unit was very clean, well-maintained and exactly as described when I moved in. The neighborhood is great, easy access to grocery stores good food and coffee. Went to Handlebar every day. Highly recommend, would definitely return, Thank you Mimi!

Blue Bungalue review

My dog and I had a fantastic 3 month stay at Mimi's blue bungalue rental. A second floor unit on a quiet property, I loved the carefully curated decor and having a dedicated parking space. Being able to walk to Bree'Osh, Handlebar, Yellow Belly, Los Agaves, and other restaurants and shops without having to get in the car was a huge bonus. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and minutes from hiking trails, beaches, downtown, and Upper State. Mimi was consistently clear and prompt in her communication, flexible with my housing needs, and made several helpful suggestions in getting me oriented to living in Santa Barbara. I highly recommend renting from her and would rent from her again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Mimi!

Charming and Wonderful Rental

This place was one of my all time favorite places to live in Santa Barbara. It is in a great and safe neighborhood and conveniently close to the hospital. The place itself is wonderfully charming and the neighbors have been more than delightful. Mimi was amazing as well. She was extremely easy to deal with. Caring, reasonable, honest, loving and there when you needed her. She gives distance and is someone who also really cares about her property and for the people who stay there. It was evident with how well taken care of the place was and how on top of everything she was. It is an adorable oasis of great energy and a truly lovely place to live or stay. I highly recommend the place.

Great Stay for a Traveling Doc

Stayed here while on assignment in Santa Barbara and loved it. Clean, comfy, and super close to the hospital and downtown. Fast WIFI, very quiet and everything I needed was already there. Mimi was great; easy communication and just a very nice person. Made work and downtime way easier. I even extended my contract. Would definitely stay again

Hands down, exactly what every travel nurse hopes to find!

As a traveling nurse, this was one of the best apartments Ive ever stayed in! Clean, quiet, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location was unbeatablesafe, walkable to the hospital (you can't beat that!), and close to Trader Joes, coffee, restaurants, and the beach. Mimi was an amazing hostkind, responsive, and so thoughtful. Id stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Uncomfortable Experience Would Not Return

I stayed at this property for a short-term rental and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. From the beginning, I found the communication and level of personal interaction uncomfortable. On move-in day, I felt a lack of personal space to the extent that I chose to leave and return later, despite having already paid rent for that day. In terms of the unit itself, there were several issues that made my stay unpleasant. The bathroom had a persistent sewage-like odor, likely due to drainage problems or a I would not choose to stay here again based on this experience. The landlord Mimi was very rude on her last email interaction. A very unpleasant women.
