Perfect Asheville studio

I can’t say enough about this studio and the host. I am sensitive to noise, and this studio is so quiet it’s hard to believe it is so close the downtown Asheville. It is neat, clean and attractively decorated. I frequently relaxed in the pretty, landscaped, covered outdoor areas. It was also nice to have a tub when I needed to wind down. The host (Perry) is friendly, trustworthy and always willing to help, so I felt comfortable asking him any questions about the place or for Asheville recommendations.

Awesome Studio

This is a perfect stay for any traveler. It is in a quiet area but with many restaurants and groceries near. I worked nights and never had difficulties with a loud environment. The studio also comes with a washer and dryer which is so nice to have! A nice outdoor patio area to unwind if needed. Close to mission hospital the drive is about 5-10 mins. I enjoyed my stay at this studio and would definitely recommend!

The best place to stay

This is one of the best if not the best furnished places to stay in Asheville. Like most furnished rentals in Asheville, it doesn't have a full kitchen due to Asheville's AirBnb restrictions. However it has everything in a kitchen you need to store food and make a meal when on a travel assignment. The apartment has up to date furniture, a nice HD TV, comfortable queen bed. full bathroom and a washer and dryer. The outdoor area is great to sit out in when enjoying time off and the neighborhood is very quiet. Several great restaurants are within a block of the apartment. Did I mention you are 5 minutes from Mission Hospital. Lastly, the owner is simply amazing. He is easy to get in touch with if you need anything and goes above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying your stay. If this or any other of his places are available I highly recommend you book immediately as you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely Perfect!

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Had everything that any could need for an extended stay. Even has a washer and dryer! Little kitchen with everything to whip up some food. Living room, dinette, tv, everything you would hope in a home away from home. The decor was done in great taste, modern and fun. The backyard was beautiful, the quality of the amenities were clean and of quality, and the neighborhood was quaint, safe, and friendly. Great shopping and restaurants within a couple of blocks. It was also a short distance from downtown. Nothing lacking here! If ever back to Asheville, this will be the first place we go!
