comfortable condo in a perfect location

Me, my husband, our adult son, and our Doberman loved this little condo. It's in a beautiful neighborhood where I always felt very safe even walking the dog at night. The sunsets at the end of the street are incredible and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The neighborhood is great for walks even though you can't walk to the beach unless you cross over the pedestrian bridge, you can walk to Fishermans' Warf which has some incredible restaurants right on Estero Bay. The Dixie Fish company was our favorite and we got to see dolphins playing there when we went around sunset. Pelican Bay is also right around the corner where you can book Fishing and Tiki boat tours. We had a few issues with the electric and the plumbing, but A was very responsive and resolved the issues relatively quickly. I would have liked to have some local news channels as well, but all and all a great stay. I felt like A was very fair with our deposit refund and very responsive to our needs.

Not good

Location- that is the only good thing I have to say about this property. Its in a nice area and a little over a mile to the beach. The landlord has not been good. I am a night shift nurse and multiple times during my stay pest control or contractors came early mornings with no warning from the landlord. I even asked him multiple times to let me know so I wasnt asleep and in pjs when they arrived. He also charged $300 for cleaning fee and $250 for a dog. I got there and the house was dirty. There was hair on the wall in the shower and all over the floor of the shower. All the fans were covered in dust and the ac filter appeared to not have been changed in months. Lastly when coming to receiving deposit time, he tried to charge me for things that were broken when I arrived and were broken before the tenant before me got there! Take TONS of pictures if you do stay here. He sent me $600 out of my $1000 so far and I have yet to get a itemized receipt!

Property was awesome. Stayed here while on assignment with my wife, 2 kids and one dog (Syberian Husky). Property is beautiful, clean and spacious. 2 bedroom that both have large flat screen smart HDTVs and the living room has an even bigger smart screen HDTV with sound bar and sub woofer. Owner was always available for any issues or questions that came up. Everytime I sent him a text he immediately called me back. Everything from move in to move out went smoothly. I was always notified before anyone was sent by such as WiFi being upgraded, pest control, etc... I recommend this place to all.
