Amazing rental!

This apartment is truly wonderful! Gorgeous, immaculate, quiet and peaceful. It truly feels like an oasis, but is in a great location about a 10 minute drive from multiple beaches and the bay. It's a quick drive to many of San Diego's best neighborhoods and restaurants as well, with plenty of shopping nearby. K is an amazing hostess, extremely kind and always quick to respond and willing to help in anyway she can. I have stayed in many different rentals over the years, and this is by far one the most beautiful and specials ones I've ever come across. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Outstanding property and Landlord!

This property is absolutely amazing and immaculately kept. Everything you need in one place including a fabulous patio to enjoy and unwind after work or for coffee in the morning. Ms Katherine is wondering and has been extremely helpful in every aspect, she has been more than a Landlord, she has been a great neighbor! My son stayed here for 6 months when he first arrived in San Deigo and Ms Katerine has been wonderful to him and made sure he had everything he needed. We cant thank her enough and you will be more than pleased with your stay here.

Amazing Property

gorgeous property right in Mission Bay. there's a lot of shopping within 5 to 10 minute drive. easy access to the highway. its a 1 bedroom apartment. plenty of space for a single person, or a couple. and Katherine is an amazing landlord. she is very kind, and if there's a concern, she is always right on top of it. will 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for housing in the Mission Bay Area

Beautiful, perfect location

This rental met all my needs. Perfect location, immaculately clean, all amenities and very helpful landlady. Very private and beautiful yard. Very useful kitchenette. I couldn't have asked for more.
