Safe and cozy

This place served my purpose as well. Was a quick commute to the hospital. Always felt safe. L and r are great. Landlords always there if you needed anything. Great garden just outside the front door of the apartment. Cute little pug dog. Two cats to keep you company outside in the yard. Easy parking. Easy laundry facilities. You can't go wrong

Amazing studio

This place was the perfect stay for my cat and I. Roxy has been amazing throughout my stay and even watched my kitty while I was away! She even has a few cute cats that come around and hangout as well. You definitely won't regret staying here!

Detached, private and cozy

The surrounding area is safe and the views of the green hills are great to see while drinking your coffee in the morning. The place has all the things you'd need, Roxy and her partner are cool and give you plenty of privacy. My stay was short but I really enjoyed my stay there as did my mama who came to visit. Oh and also the pets on the property are a plus in my book

Super cute little studio! Has all the necessities. Nice and private. Roxy and her partner were so sweet! The garden was a nice bonus. Would stay here again!

Love love LOVE this place!

One of my favorite stays since I began traveling. This quiet, detached studio was perfect for my 3-month night shift assignment; it was private, peaceful, fully equipped, and functional. I always felt safe, had no issues with parking, and enjoyed the serene backyard on my days off. The landlord was extremely kind, accommodating, respectful of privacy, and easy to reach. Id definitely stay again if I return to the area.

Awesome stay

If you are looking for a nice, quiet, refreshing, and peaceful stay; this is it. I stayed in Ms. Roxy's charming studio for 6 months for business travel. The name does not disappoint. From the mountain views to the fresh fruits and vegetables she may leave at your door. The location is great. I never felt unsafe, which is always my number 1 priority. Wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you Roxy for providing a wonderful home away from home!!

Cute Studio

I truly loved my experience here. Ms. R is an amazing host and is very responsive and respectful. If I were to travel to Oakland again, I would most definitely be try to stay here again.

Amazing studio!

Amazing studio around the Oakland hills. Safe neighborhood, very private space, and I loved that it had a washer/drier available. I loved this place so much that I stayed for a whole year (because I kept renewing my apartment). The landlord its amazing, she was so welcoming and easy to reach in case I had any questions. She even let me have some of her harvest that she was growing. I would move here again in a heartbeat. Cannot recommend this place enough.

safe stay in oakland

This cozy studio was perfect! I stayed here for about 5 months during my contract and I didnt want to leave! perfect studio with everything you need; tv, oven, microwave, pots/pans, utensils, cups, bowls, you name it! very well stocked kitchen. Huge closet space which is a must for the travelers that need storage like me. Beautiful french doors looking out to amazing garden. R is so so kind and made my stay perfect. Always available if you need help and responds very quick. The neighborhood is very cute and safe. I never once was nervous about leaving car parked or walking around in evening.

VERY GREAT EXPERIENCE

Absolutely loved this place, this place is in a good and safe area close to lots of hospitals and cute little shops and restaurants. I felt just at home here and always felt safe and comfortable. The anesthetics of the place is very calming and cute!R is a great host very caring and has a lot of good advice and a great person. I had such a great experience living here, would definitely book again with her in the future:)
