Beautiful and Peaceful Stay

High on a hill and surrounded by redwoods, this property and the surrounding area was breathtakingly beautiful. Maureen and Brian were super attentive and friendly also. 10/10 would recommend!

Charming place!

My wife and I stayed here while our home was remodeled. It's in a great location surrounded by trees, offers a private small fenced yard, and has a wonderful view. The owners are extremely pleasant, and we could not have asked for a better place.

Lovely stay

I stayed here for two contracts at Providence Santa Rosa, loved my time, and miss it now that I'm gone. The commute is about 30 minutes through beautiful country roads and the distance from work provided the rural small town community experience that I was looking for in a place to call home. The house is fully fenced with an incredible view and is beautifully landscaped. It was very private and I appreciated sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds and taking in the smell of the surrounding bay trees. It's on a steep hill but the parking area is wide and comfortable to turn around. The kitchen was a huge perk for me because I love to cook. My kitties loved all the bright windows, skylights, and bird watching. The owners were very sweet and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Wonderful!

I was lucky enough to spend 6 months in this house while working a nursing contract in Santa Rosa. It was about a 30 minute commute, but extremely worth it. The drive to town is gorgeous. The house is quiet, private, and safe. I spent the majority of my time here alone and never felt unsafe. The views are wonderful and the number of hummingbirds in the backyard are a delight. Youll love sitting on the deck and visiting the farmers market just down the road on Thursdays. The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive. They take great care of the house.

Would we stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Tree House was a joy. My wife is a long time docent at PRNS and our move to Wisconsin left her longing for the sea. So we landed here for a few months. The photos dont show just how much light all the windows and sky lights let in. Not only bright and comfortable but also very private. There was many an evening and night where we didnt even bother closing the shades. The wood stove kept the place warm and cozy while the kitchen was very well equipped. Even our cat loved it. The hosts (M & B) are great, respected our privacy and were easy to communicate with.

Loved this stay!

Absolutely fell in love with this whole stay! Met all needs for my family. The area is a rare gem that I happened to stubble on! M and B were great host and helped when needed. Communication with them was easy and fast. Hope that my path one day leads back because this is the place I would stay.

Awesome!

M house was so great! My fiance and I are both travel nurses and we lived here the past 3 months. It was very quiet, scenic, and located about a 25 min drive from S and K. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need as far as cooking utilities. The washer and dryer are located right inside the house. The wood stove in the living room is a definite plus. Being surrounded by all the beautiful tall trees made our trip so much more memorable. Thank you M!

Peaceful and Private Home, Highly Recommended!

As travel nurse I was fortunate to stay at this wonderful home for a year (thanks to contract extensions!). The house is in a beautiful location, close to amazing beaches and hikes, views of vineyards and orchards nearby; in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The property is large, fenced and feels private. I had a nice garden in summer that looked out to the Redwoods and across the canyon, stunning! The home is spacious and peaceful, the bed is very comfortable; you can catch some sunset from the dining and living rooms. There are plenty of windows and it feels bright. A cozy wood stove adds to the comfort. The owners communicate well and take care of any needs immediately. New decks were added this fall to extend the beautiful outdoors area of the home. I highly recommend this home! Drive times: about 16 miles to Santa Rosa (25 minutes); 10 miles to Sebastopol, 7-10 miles to the beaches.

Charming Cottage in the Trees

I loved my time in Camp Meeker at the treehouse. Maureen and Brian were accommodating and considerate hosts. The house is well equipped for WFH and all of the peace and serenity you could ask for. The wood stove was a highlight once it got cold enough to use it. The kitchen is suitable and well equipped to cook anything your heart could desire. The dining room is great - there's a lovely 4 person table in there that made it easy to spread out and use as a home office. My pup and I loved the backyard, it's fenced in and well maintained. I stayed through the worst fire season CA has ever seen and was only mildly affected during my time at the house, which I was grateful for. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay

I absolutely loved my stay here during my travel assignment. It is a very quiet and peaceful area with very nice, friendly neighbors. My dogs loved the fenced in backyard that also provided privacy to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery. Maureen is a great host and was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again if I take another assignment in the area!
