Super location

This property is amazing, close to all that Scottsdale has to offer. Close to the 101 and within walking distance of the hospital and multiple medical offices. The complex is quite with lots of shade and a local walk area. The unit is spotless, well-stocked and the washer and dryer. The owner was easy to work with. I liked having living room furniture that was unique and not the standard rental furniture. The beds are comfortable. Highly recommend. I will be back

Beautiful condo in excellent Scottsdale location

Very clean, tastefully furnished 3 bedroom condo in resort like quiet subdivision. Host is very accommedating and it was easy to get hold of her at any time of the day or night. I would recommand this condo to any travelers who are looking for comfort, well equiped kitchen and nice swimming pool area, club house with billiard, and comfy furniture for relaxation and meeting with friends. Would not recommend

Impossible to get in touch with, only contacts through email at 5 am as the landlord was in Europe the entire time of my stay. Didnt reply for days after an already agreed upon extension had been set then hacked the rent up by $400 a month and gave a ONE HOUR ultimatum to decide if I was going to stay. Getting my damage deposit back was impossible, took 3 weeks and every time I emailed(again replies limited to 5 am) for the status of the return of my money the landlord added something new to the bill and returned a fraction of my money. As a travel ring healthcare professional I would not recommend as dealing with this landlord was anything BUT professional

This is completely untrue. As this tenant was only paying $2,150 per month for this 3 bed / 2 bath condo in Scottsdale, AZ the regular rent is $3,000 to $3,500 per month, I had another rental request for much closer to the asking price and a much longer lease agreement.He had completed his 3 month lease agreement. The reason why so little of his deposit was returned is that when he left the waste disposal was not working and the repair man said because he had put beer caps down it. The master bedroom door was badly damaged, either he had kicked it or banged it with his fist. This had to be replaced . I did not give a hour ultimatum to decide if he was going to stay. I gave a few days. The rent was increased by $350, not $400 which is still a lot less than what I receive from the current tenants. I am ALWAYS available by Whattsapp / email . I also have a repair / handyman available at all times in Scottsdale who also looks after the condo when I am traveling.
