3 month stay

I lived here for 3 months. M is sooo sweet and such a great host! Private entrance. Such a cute guest house stocked with all the amenities you would need. She made me feel so welcomed and she even bought me a Christmas gift. Would definitely recommend and definitely rebook !!

Excellent

This studio is perfect in every sense. Perfect location to freeway access, excellent walkability, if that's your jam, and very safe friendly neighborhood. Exactly what you presented is what you get, nothing hidden. M was an excellent landlord, quick to address any concerns and just a lovely person in general. Oh, and if you like to cook, like myself, pretty much every kitchen utensil I needed was provided. If/when I have another contract in the LA area, M will be my first call.

Great Stay, Safe area

I stayed here for almost 7 months and loved it here. The landlords are sweet, and attentive. The place is clean, and safe. The studio is furnished you dont really need to buy any items. Its a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to stores such as target, small markets and the park. I recommend anyone to live here. Always had great communication with the landlords. I would love to stay here again.
