You Won't Find Better

Linda and John are the absolute best landlords, and even better human beings. They were incredibly accomodating, always looking out for me and all their tenants, and made life 100x easier. What a blessing it was to stay in their property!!!

Great & Safe Place to Stay

I meant to stay 3 months and ended up staying a year! Linda and John are the sweetest people. They were always responsive, friendly, and helpful - from lending me a lantern during a power outage (hurricane), giving me veggies from their garden, to dropping by yummy homemade meals on occasion. Linda is a fantastic cook btw. The house was very well stocked with much attention given to detail - even including niceties like cotton balls and Q-Tips. Just 3 mins away from Publix & Walmart. 5 mins from Furman University - where I walked around its beautiful lake & gardens on many evenings. Some advantages of this place, over some others that I looked at, were central air (vs loud 'split' units that reside in bedrooms), a complete & separate house (vs something over a garage or attached to a landlord's home), and a full-size washer & dryer.

Feels like Home

L and J are the best host I have ever met! They met me at the property on a rainy day with a hug and some warm chilli!! Whenever I needed to reach out to them they were there and always available!! The property felt just like home and cozy!! If I am ever in the area again this will be my go to for a place to stay!! This is the place to stay!! Quiet and safe and they made me feel just like family!!

Fantastic stay!

J and L would make renting a tent in the woods an awesome experience! some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. The house is comfortable and homey. Sits far off the road and has a country setting vibe to it. great location if you're working at North Greenville, but still not a far drive to Memorial. Super close to several grocery stores and a supercenter. Made for a great contract!

Home away from home

Mrs. L and Mr. J are heaven sent! This was my first time using furnished finders and they set the bar for quality + service so high. I felt comfortable as a solo female traveler. They informed me who lives in the surrounding homes and kept me updated in advance on plans/updates they would be doing around the home. The house has everything that makes rustic beauty comfortable. Incredibly thoughtful and very kind couple! Thank you again for taking such great care of me :)

Linda and John are a very sweet couple. They always made sure we had what we needed. very accommodating and flexible. The quaint property is comfortable, and has everything you could need. Good location. stores nearby. GVM is less than 20 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Rental for travel assignment

I was so blessed to find this place to rent while I was on a travel assignment! Convenient to everything. Lots of room. All the amenities that I needed. Beautiful home. But above all the BEST landlords! I would most definitely stay again and recommend this home for any traveler!

Perfection with hospitality

This house was my highlight of my contract. Close to Furman, stores, and only 20min from GMH. I couldn't ask for more gracious hosts as they even accommodated my night shifts. I would stay here again in a heartbeat !

Rustic Beauty

The property owners are fantastic! They are nice and friendly. Any problem encountered was acted upon quickly. I was given my privacy. The property itself is charming. Perfect for me! Close to downtown and surrounding areas. I would stay again if in the area.

I can't say enough about this darling home and it's amazing owners, Linda and John! They are the definition of southern hospitality! The house is cozy and quiet, and in a great location. The house has everything you need, including a new washer and dryer, which is a big plus for me. I would recommend this house to any travel nurse looking for all the comforts of home!

Best Experience Ever!

I could not have asked for anything better for my first travel assignment. Warm and cozy house! I'm sad to leave! ( extended from 12 to 18 wks!) John and Linda are so kind and helpful! They greeted me with cake and coffee when I arrived! The house is perfect for one or two people, with yard and forest to enjoy. I felt safe and had everything I needed. I was less than a mile from Fire Station, Publix, Walmart, and town five minutes away. Close to Furman University, Travelers Rest, trails, and Paris mountain too. I truly love and will miss this place My only regret.. I didn't bring a bike!
