Quaint Quiet Condo
The owner has beautiful clean condos at this excellent location in Flagstaff. With all the extra furnishings you need. I stayed at two of her condos at this community, during my stay! Loved the little park in the middle of the community. The subdivision is located close to restaurants and easy to access. Highly recommend!

Great Condo!
Great condo in a convenient location to downtown Flagstaff. Loved how the condo complex was surrounded by trees and nature. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Condo was clean and updated as described. T was very friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend this place!

Pure Gem
This little gem is a perfect location to everything. I stayed for 6mths. The condo has every bit of comforts of home including a covered parking spot. T the owner is very attentive going above and beyond making your stay easy and welcoming. The area is very safe. I really was blessed when I found this adorable place. SUMMIT PARK CONDOMINIUM BUILDING 8 GROUND LEVEL CONDO
From one home owner to another I can honestly say this condo exceeded our expectations.Condo conveniently located in safe/quiet area off interstate easy access to nearby grocery,banking,shopping and the hospital as well as parks and recreation. The condo was neat and clean. Fully furnished,modern appliances great shape and easy to use. Plenty of kitchenware,utensils and linens. Spacious, large master, closet,double sinks,and nice tub. Other 2 beds/ bath separated from master allowing privacy. Patio & carport a bonus. Owner a joy to work with responding quickly to Q/s.We highly recommend condo.

Sparkling Clean! Shows better than pcitures
I am a Nurse Practitioner that took a Locums Job in Winslow. When I first arrived in Flagstaff I was put into a horrible living situation. I found this condo and quickly had a reply. The owner was so kind and let me move in immediately to get me out of my situation. The condo was clean, very well kept. It shows better in person, fully stocked and in a safe quiet neighborhood. Perfect distance to every part of town and the highways are easy to get to. The owner was responsive to any questions we had, this has been the most comfortable housing I have ever stayed in! I highly recommend this unit
