Poor Management

Do not rent this property. 1) it is listed as luxury, but we had black mold in the master bathroom, a leaky roof that required removing buckets of water with a heavy rain or snow, and linens provided were old and stained. 2) The owner does not respond to emails or calls at all. We never received our deposit back, with zero explanation or even response to our inquiries regarding this. 3) The neighborhood is questionable. Throughout our stay, multiple police calls were made to the bottom unit of the property, as well as close surrounding properties. I heard gun shots at night on occasion. Do not walk alone after dark. The listing itself is deceiving, the disregard of management is unprofessional, and your money will be well spent elsewhere in safer area.
