San Leandro Studio

For my first Furnished Finder studio I got a lucky strike! The main room was spacious with ample space for full kitchen, dining/study table, bed. The fireplace, reclining leather chair, and Japanese lamps really gave a cozy feel. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. I only had to use my earplugs occasionally. The A/C was a life saver because temperatures fluctuate during the day when you are working the night shift and sleeping days. The bathroom had a walk in shower and plenty of counter space next to the sink. The studio is attached to the main house but has a separate feel. The yard is meticulously cared for and very attractive with Japanese maples, I think a huge magnolia or similar tree and a giant avocado tree in the back. Street parking is easy just mind the signs for which days street sweeping occurs and park on opposite side of street since it varies per side of street. The location afforded me an easy evening commute to Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley.
