Just like home
I love this property The property is immaculate You could literally eat off the floors Every room is exceptionally clean and smells wonderful. My family and I felt very safe staying there. There are two highly secured doors to walk-through before entering the apartment I really appreciated that the backyard has a gym and a huge grassy area to enjoy. Its just like home. I would highly highly recommend this property. my family and I hated to leave. I will definitely be back. Its a must try. and enjoy.

Excellent Stay
Not only was this place in the perfect location for my needs, but it was very clean and reasonably priced. The host did a great job to make sure my stay went smoothly and it was also very peaceful. Plenty of parking on the block,. which can be hard to find in LA. Loved that it also had an in unit washer/dryer as laundry mats can be a bit of a hassle to get to with a limited time frame. I would recommend this property to anyone I know, whether it be for a shorter stay such as my own or a longer stay. I will for sure be booking this place again in the near future as I travel for work and it made the whole experience a lot easier as well as if I had a small piece of home that I don't seem to find in hotels.

Awesome Stay
Had a nice comfortable stay at the property. Host/Property Manger was nice and accessible when needed. Property was quiet, clean and very well kept as advertised . Included cleaning service every 2-3 weeks. Property located in a great location, very accessible to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful place
The neighborhood is quiet. The home is clean and secure. The location is walking distance to restaurants, stores and Starbucks. The place is very clean, and everything worked as advertised. It was a delight to stay there, and I would definitely stay again. The property manager was responsive and polite.

BEWARE
This owner is the height of rude. The furnishings and construction are old, tattered, and low quality. Nothing has been updated or maintained. He will tell you that he has cameras everywhere. He informed me that he was watching and listening to everything I did. The bathrooms are a health hazard and have mold behind the walls. After leaving my symptoms resolved.
