Beautiful

Best place ever . This place is super clean and if I could stay forever I would. The tenant is so friendly , responsive and so easy to work with. Im going to miss them and this beautiful place .

Amazing Home away from Home

This property was exactly the Oasis I needed! The property owners were super accommodating and really made you feel at home. I had all the privacy all while being having the convenience of staying with them. I cook a lot and A bought me an extra Pot and cutting boards in order to help with my cooking tasks. Very clean, sanitized and spacious All of my packages were stored right outside my door. I felt open to reach out to her 24/7. The only reason I left was because I am getting married soon and needed to be closer to home. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone!

SoCal Guest House

This property was an amazing place to stay at! The place looks exactly like the pictures and actually feels even bigger than the pictures show. It felt very homey and safe. Its enclosed so I always felt secure! Everything is very clean and they provide everything you could possibly need! A and D are also amazing! They made me feel extremely comfortable. They are so kind and professional. They were always available to answer any questions and helped me with so many things! I cant begin to describe how thankful I am for such a great experience for my first travel assignment! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will 100% go back if Im in that area again!

AMAZING STAY

My stay at the SoCal Guest House was amazing! Everything was super clean, organized, and looked EXACTLY like the photos shown. The kitchen is fully stocked and anything missing or needed the landlord was quick to assist with. The area is quiet and secluded so you have full privacy. Overall the unit felt homey and made my stay that much better! Would definitely recommend :)

Great home away from home

The place was exactly as described and as seen in the photos. The appliance were all very new and had everything I needed. A and D were always so available and quickly responded if any issues came up. A and her daughter even brought over Thanksgiving dinner before I had to work. The rental allows fro great privacy but A is always available when needed. I work nights and the blackout curtains helped me sleep through the day. Definitely would of extend for a 2nd time but unfortunately I couldn't extend my work contract. Will definitely reach out to rent this place again if I find myself working in the area again.

Clean and comfortable

Spacious, clean, and safe rental within walking distance to Harbor UCLA. Alejandra and David are very kind and accommodating hosts. They allowed for my privacy in the back house, but were also available for any needs. Recently renovated, nice appliances, and convenient location.

I loved it!

I highly recommend staying here, the unit is pristine clean, nice and very welcoming. A and her family are very accommodating and even left groceries for me. I felt safe here and would come and stay here again.

Second home

Beautiful, neat & spacious room that is near the hospitals and other establishments. Very accessible. Alejandra and her family became my second family. They are considerate, accommodating and honest. Never had any problems from moving in to moving out. Thank you Alejandra, David, Vanessa, Bruce & Bella. Special mention to Alejandras mom that never fails to feed me. Hahaha! Gonna miss you all!
